It is a holistic “systemic” observation that notices and integrates all of the parts of you that make up who you are: emotions, thoughts, spirituality, and physicality. We also work with the external life you are a part of: relationship, family, community, humanity. Together, we will help you manifest an identity that encompasses and finds harmony between your true "spirit" self and sheds the "ego" self. This work can create a path to clear the emotional baggage that weighs us down.

Therefore, we could work in a similar fashion for a while until we clear existing blocks or, we might chart a different course and work in a different way every time we meet.
