About intuitive readings...
Intuitive readings are a great alternative and supplement to psychotherapy. Through this work you can begin to experience healing, insight, and illuminating shifts that may be difficult (or even impossible) to access through the normal channels of talk therapy. Sometimes, you just want to be seen, understood, appreciated, supported, and offered insight and guidance without having to explain yourself a lot. Other times, psychotherapy’s limitations can actually inhibit your progress through your stuff because the events and/or issues are too painful or exhausting for you to pursue in dialogue. At those times, intuitive readings can illuminate and begin to shift, heal, and clear issues in a completely different way. Intuitive readings access similar information, just in a way that goes beyond "normal" channels.
What is an "intuitive"?
My intuitions come to me from beyond the normal channels of my five senses. An intuitive empath is extremely sensitive and knows and feels things via strong connection with Spirit, energetic vibration, deep awareness, personal experience, and acquired knowledge. These tools help me to discover and assimilate useful information about people, relationships, and certain situations.

What happens in an intuitive reading?
Prior to coming to your reading, I will ask you to write down three intentions for your session. For instance, what do you want to manifest in your life? What do you want to let go of? While every reading is as different and unique as you are, here is an example of the type of things we will do during your session… We will chat a bit, get acquainted. Then, a brief meditation, tailored for you. We will ground, tune in, open our hearts, and set intentions.
Throughout our visit, and with your permission, I will connect with your higher self, your energy patterns, and attempt to identify your blocked places. I will call on my intuition, and invite you to call on yours (yes, you have it!). Together we will explore what we discover. I will teach, guide, discuss, and offer insights that are provided to me through Spirit. In addition, and if it serves, we might discuss your chakras, your spirit, your relationships (with others and yourself). Sometimes we will use essential oils during the session to open up intuitive channels and compare notes about what comes up. For couples, the process is similar.
These readings can set the stage for you to continue manifesting what you want in your life, and can be followed up with additional consultations/coaching sessions.
What does not happen in an intuitive reading?
Certain things are simply unethical for me to say. For instance, I do not offer predictions and I will not tell you what to do, In addition, I do not use Tarot cards, or any other divination tools. I won't be able to tell you what you had for lunch yesterday, or what investments you should make, or if you and your partner are going to work it out. I will, however, share with you my impressions from your reading, which may include suggestions, cautions, insights, and, significantly, key questions for you to consider.
About my intuitive ability
Since I was a child I have had an unusually strong sensitivity, or “extra-sensory” awareness of people, relationships, and energy. I didn't know what to call it at the time! One of my more significant experiences as an intuitive occurred when I was a teenager. At approximately age 15 I intuited that a significant, specific person was missing from my life, a person whom I had never met but I felt sure existed. No one told me about this person, I just "knew." It took me 18 years to realize the truth of that intuition when I did finally (happily) meet this person. After that experience, I began to look more deeply into my own gifts and understandings of things that occur outside the bounds of "rational" knowledge.
My intuition allows me to be capable of taking in an enormous amount of unspoken information in a very short amount of time. As you can imagine, this has been a challenging gift, one I have had to learn to work and live with. I did not go to a special energy school or "psychic development" school to learn to be an empathic intuitive; rather, it simply comes to me naturally, and I continue to develop it daily. With the help of Spirit, I am able to attune very deeply to people and access and share important information. It is, truly, a gift from Spirit, and I do not take any credit for it myself.
In all honesty, I have hesitated to offer these readings, but recently it was made clear to me that this is vital work at this time on our planet and that this is a gift I can and should offer. Accordingly, I recently made a partnership with Spirit that this is work I will do as an adjunct to my psychotherapy practice. I am delighted to offer this service!
